Discovery & Strategy Fees
Discovery and strategy sprints are refundable within 7 days if you're not satisfied with the deliverable, minus any hard costs already incurred.
Retainers
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused portions of pre-paid retainers are refunded pro-rata.
Fixed-Scope Projects
Milestone payments become non-refundable once the associated milestone is delivered and accepted in writing.
